FOR KIDS, EVERY DAY IS AN ADVENTURE

At Camp Zehnder YMCA, a lifetime of rewarding memories awaits your child. Y Day Camp enables a child to have a camp experience while returning home at the end of each day. From swimming and team sports to craft projects and studying the environment, children will have the chance to build self confidence, discover new skills, develop a respect for the outdoors and make new friends. Best of all, you can be assured that while your kids are exploring new ways to have fun, they are being well cared for in a friendly, safe environment.

WHAT DAY CAMP OFFERS

Our day starts at 9:00am and ends at 4:00pm. We offer arts & crafts, basketball, nature, archery, boating, recreational swim, swim lessons, soccer, volleyball, day trips, climbing wall, 2-tier slide, frog slide, special events and much more. Campers who have completed 6th through 8th grade will have two trips per week. trips may include Funtime America, Blackbeard's Cave, Trenton Thunder and Lakewood Blueclaws, and laser tag.

MEDICAL SUPERVISION

A certified health officer is on duty at all times.

FACILITIES

Camp Zehnder is located on 140 acres in Wall Township, New Jersey, and is jointly operated by The YMCA of Western Monmouth County and The Community YMCA. Facilities include outdoor pools, locker rooms, 2 pavilions, nature center, picnic area, main lodge, arts & crafts center, pond, climbing wall, playing fields, and nature trails.

CAMP GROUPS

Campers are divided into one of four villages and campers are grouped by highest grade completed.

Grades K-1 - Oneida Village

Grades 2-3 - Seneca Village

Grades 4-5 - Mohawk Village

Grades 6-8 - Cayuga Village
