REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registering your child for Camp Zehnder is easy! Please print and fill out the following forms for each child you wish to register and bring them to our facility. You may also mail them to our facility with the address below. A confirmation packet will be sent after registration has been processed. ALL campers must have the following medical forms completely filled out at time of registration. No refunds will be made after registration has been accepted.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Financial assistance is available through YCares Financial Assistance Program. Assistance is based on a sliding fee scale considering family size and income. Application forms are available at Camp Zehnder YMCA. Financial Assistance deadline for 2006 season is May 13th. Funding may be available after this date on an individual basis. Please fill out the following Financial Aid Application.
